Grant is a technology veteran who brings a combination of real estate and software technology expertise to the table. After a long career with major international technology companies as well as venture and private equity funded software businesses in the USA and Europe Grant returned to New Zealand and got involved with a traditional real estate agency business. Seeing the inside of traditional real estate convinced him there was a better way and 200 Square was born. Grant brings deep technology understanding with practical real estate sales and management experience to the table.
David started in Real Estate in 1999 following a career as a professional musician touring the globe, then a troubleshooter and senior manager in both private and public sector organisations.
A strong history in property negotiation led him to win many awards for real estate sales and marketing including top salesperson for the Wellington region for his previous company on 2 occasions. His focus on providing a quality customer service experience and his passion for progressive change, along with a believe that the traditional Real Estate methods were no longer always best for clients, led him to join the 200 Square team in early 2013.
