Refund and Replacement Policy
It is our policy to replace all products lost or damaged in transit. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we do this immediately upon your notification. Please hold onto the damaged goods and wrapping as our carriers may wish to inspect them. It is not our policy to refund the purchase price except in special circumstances, and it is our sole discretion to make that determination. We look at what is fair and reasonable, and certainly like the opportunity to put things right before a refund is considered.
Payment for Goods and Services
Our normal method of payment is via credit card. Commission is due on the successful negotiation of an unconditional contract. In most circumstances we will have your credit card on file and will automatically process our fee. If for some reason payment is not received on the date it is due you agree to pay any costs and fees associated with our collecting any debt owing to us.
