A Rich Palate for your Dream Home
Welcome to Wildwood Grove.
An environment of rich, natural rural beauty and the perfect place for your dream home. Located near prosperous Matamata, with excellent rural views, there is ready access to good services and schools while the central location provides easy weekend travel to beaches or mountains.
Note; the Council have changed their District Plan allowing rural subdivision to a new 40 hectare minimum lot size therefore these sections will increase in value due to a lack of future supply as well as their inherent beauty.
This is the largest lot still for sale at 1.10 ha with an elevated building platform and magnificent views all around.
Deciduous trees line your southern boundary and native trees are in the immediate foreground with long northerly views above. Set back and snuggled into the hill this is a large space to create your own special piece of paradise.
The plantings on the eastern and western boundaries of lot 6 are designed to beautifully screen your neighbours preserving your privacy for the future.
There will soon be a post and rail fence enclosing this space so come and have a look now and start planning your new home.
